4. Premium Bundle Purchase

The Premium Court Forms Bundle is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to all 15 premium court forms and expert-annotated PDF guides. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price at the time of checkout.

5. Refund Policy

Because our Premium Bundle provides instant digital access to all premium forms and PDF guides, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, please contact us at info@courtroomcompass.ca and we will resolve the issue promptly.

6. Privacy & Data

We take your privacy seriously. Information entered into our forms is used solely for the purpose of generating your court documents. 7. Intellectual Property
